Steve has been a resident of Nevada since 1977, having resided in both Douglas County and Lyon County. He has had his real estate license since 1976 and has been actively working in the profession since 1993. He has also had a general contractors license in Nevada, at which time he built many homes in the Carson Valley and Topaz Ranch Estates. He has developed many properties from the ground up through the years and owned numerous other properties. He handles rentals for himself and clients and has been successful in bringing together individuals with unique talents, to form beneficial partnerships on a number of projects. He is well versed in the process for developing lots, commercial projects, manufactured homes and in all aspects of the real estate process. He gets the most enjoyment two ways, making the deals and getting people in homes, especially ones who think they can never own their own home.
